We'll just have to wait and see what happens. I did like the inside of the house you like so much. I think you would have so much more room to organize everything. A little paint will go a long way to making those rooms look alot better. They sure used bold colors for some of their rooms. A house in the next town went up for short sale about 6 months ago. The owner had paid 300,000 for it and it sold for 149,000. Crazy good deal!!
